The individual filling this role will need to be a highly motivated, analytically driven problem solver who wants to be part of a winning team.

They should also have solid Online Marketing experience and the capacity to:
• Develop and implement the overall search strategy for TXU Energy
• Manage all aspects of TXU Energy’s paid and natural search initiatives including analysis, implementation, optimization, and new keyword acquisition
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement options that improve self-service and sales performance on TXU.com through search initiatives
• Coordinate closely with content owners to generate improved page rankings and search traffic
• Familiarity and comfort working with content management systems
• Own reporting and performance improvement recommendations for all search campaigns
• Frequently support product and pricing changes on TXU.com and related properties as needed
• Work effectively across the organization to meet the needs of multiple stakeholders
• Support site UAT for new functionality launches as needed

The minimum experience requirements are:
• 5+ years work experience in a marketing, customer service or business management function
• Online Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, campaign management or consulting experience a plus
• Experience with Google AdWords a strong plus
• Experience with web analytics and reporting programs a strong plus
